Full Identity ID requirements – Photographic ID, such as your passport, Biometric Residence permit, or driving license.
Full Address ID requirements – A formal letter with your name and address, dated within the last three months, e.g. utility bill, bank statement, Council Tax, NHS Letter, Benefit letter, or tenancy agreement.
