4. Delivery and Collection
When you place an order, you warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and for a genuine reason, and that the currency you wish to buy/sell is legally and beneficially yours, that it was not obtained illegally or in any way contrary to the legal owner’s rights, and that it is not tainted in any way by criminal activity. You also declare to us that the information you supply to us is truthful and correct in every way, that you will not withhold any material information from us, and that you will provide us with any information we may reasonably need. For us to process your order, you must submit all of the given information. We retain the right, at any moment, to seek further information from you. You accept that we may take reasonable efforts to verify your identity and that we may refuse to conduct business with you for any reason at our sole discretion.
Credit cards, checks, and cash are not accepted. If you attempt or are successful in making a payment to us by check or cash, your currency order will be kept in suspense and will not be executed. All orders will be handled at the foreign exchange rates notified to you only at the time of ordering via our automated email procedure. We retain the right to change a rate if the Market fluctuates by more than 1% within 24 hours after being ordered. Our online pricing is simply suggestive and is not binding.
5. Cancellations and refunds

The order will be reimbursed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For Cash payments, No refunds are authorized once a transaction has been completed; in the event of a refund transaction, we will apply the buyback rates, therefore please contact the customer care agent for the rates and computations before purchasing any currencies.
6. Buy Back
By using our online service, you may sell your unused foreign currency to us. We buy leftover currency from both new and existing clients, and you do not have to have purchased your money from us to sell it.
7. Currencies Accepted
We will buy any currency displayed on our website as long as it is in note form – we do not take coins of any type. Please be informed that our company policy is not to take Scottish notes, although we reserve the right to accept Scottish notes at our sole discretion, subject to a 2% adjustment.

8. ID requirement
We require identification (Valid passport, UK driving license, or European ID) to accept card payments in-store, regardless of the amount. For debit/credit card payments of any amount, we need identification (Valid passport/UK driving license, European national id, residency permit, etc.). We will register the consumer and conduct an ID scan.
For Cash payments once the customer reached set treshold We will register the customer and scan their ID.

Payment can be made by card or cash.
Cheques or credit cards are not accepted by us. If you try to pay us by Cheques and are successful, your money will be kept on hold and your currency order won’t be executed.
Charges for all visa debit card payments are 0.0%. However, for local credit cards, visa cards, master cards, and business cards, we may apply the charges so please ask our customer service for more details. Some credit cards and business cards we don’t accept, so please call our customer service to check them.
Note: our customer service team reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction if the given information doesn’t match or fulfill the regulatory requirements.
